Project InYA
The InYA project is based on deepening the knowledge in the field of behavior, functioning and emotions of young people with autism, ADHD and other, lesser-known diagnoses in sports.
About the project
We want to emphasize the importance of including invisible young athletes in sport.
The involvement in sport activities they enjoy contributes immensely to their healthy self-esteem, physical and mental integrity, mental health, overall well-being. Participating in such activities improves their social skills which will help them overcome difficulties in active engagement and participation in their communities or political and social life.
